Deviled Egg Sandwich

Here is a nice quick fix idea when you are just feeling too lazy to cook an elaborate breakfast, lunch or even a snack but still want something yummy and wholesome to munch on.

This Deviled egg sandwich has just the perfect creamy texture and is the perfect blend of nutrition and taste; I am really glad that I added this to my list of favorite quick-bites as I manage through my new busy schedule

How to make a perfect hard-boiled egg?
  • Place the eggs in water that covers them by one inch.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat. When the water boils vigorously, cover the pan and remove it from the heat. Let the pan stand, covered, for 15 minutes for large eggs (12 for medium, 18 for extra-large)
  • The next step will help you peel eggs perfectly. Uncover the pan and place it in the sink. Add ice cubes to the pan and, leaving the eggs under the water, crack them gently against the sides of the pan. Let stand for another 10 minutes. This lets water seep between the shell and the egg, making peeling easier.
  • Peel the eggs under the water

Ingredients
4 Boiled eggs
1 Tsp – Dijon Mustard
½ Cup – Mayo
Pepper
Salt
6- slices of Bread

Directions
  • Roughly chop the boiled eggs.
  • Take a bowl and mix in mayo, mustard salt and pepper
  • Stir in the boiled eggs and incorporate all the ingredients together
  • Scoop the deviled egg mixture on the bread
